2026 City Martinsville Needs Assessment Survey

The Martinsville Parks and Recreation Department and ETC Institute are conducting a Parks and Recreation Community Survey to help us understand recreation and parks priorities for the community. Your feedback is essential in shaping the future of recreation and parks in Martinsville.
Your Opinion Matters: You have been selected to participate in the 2026 Parks and Recreation Community Survey, making your voice especially important. This is your chance to directly influence the programs and facilities that matter most to you and your neighbors. Your responses will remain confidential.
